The deadline for registration is 30 June 2011. After that date the hosts cannot guarantee a room in the venue hotel.
Please click on the registration form link below, complete the form, and send it via e-mail or post it to Esko Nuutilainen.
Each delegate and each accompanying person must pay 100 € (Euros) as a deposit of the hotel price (per person) at the time of their registration (before 30 June 2011). This payment is compulsory and represents a confirmation of participation. If the reservation is cancelled before 30 June, the deposit will be returned. If the reservation is cancelled after 30 June, the deposit is not refundable.
The venue is Scandic Hotel Järvenpää about 23 km north of Helsinki-Vantaa Airport.
Transportation to and from the Helsinki-Vantaa airport to the hotel is easy. Taxi is the best way, about 50 Eur one-way. An alternative is to travel by bus to the Tikkurila railway station and from Tikkurila by train to Järvenpää. There are 2-5 busses in hour from airport to the Tikkurila railway station and two trains in hour to Järvenpää, H-train or R-train. Both are local trains and stop in Järvenpää. The cost is about 4+4 Eur. Please click the link below for getting more information about bus/train connections
Our Finnish hosts can provide assistance with transportation from / to the airport.
The name of the participant will be published on a web page after the reception of the registration and the payment. The participant gets the confirmation via e-mail about his/her participation.
